Become a Friend of the Museum
Friends are important. For us as a Museum and for Flipje van Tiel, our colorful mascot.
Without friends, you’re nowhere, which is why we ask you to become a Friend of the Flipje en Streekmuseum Tiel. By doing so, you support the museum. With that support, we can realize special restoration projects or make new acquisitions.
Of course, this friendship is not one-sided: we offer various things in return!
What You Get from Us
- Free access to the museum during opening hours
- Invitation to openings, tours, and lectures at the museum
- Once a year, an exclusive Friends’ Afternoon with coffee or tea and a Flipje pastry, and a lecture on Flipje or another topic related to the museum, Tiel, or the region (the Betuwe).
- 10% discount on many items from the museum shop
- Regular email updates on new acquisitions, new exhibitions, and more.
Becoming a Friend:
- € 15 per person per calendar year
- € 25 per couple per calendar year
- € 30 per family of up to 4 people per calendar year.
Friend for Life
You can also support us by becoming a Friend for Life. This requires a one-time payment of € 200.
Your status as a Friend of the Museum begins when you pay the membership fee and lasts until cancellation.
